Panel One Comic Arts Festival is open for table registration!
The Panel One Comic Arts Festival (P1CAF) is an annual event where Canadian comic book creators come together to sell and showcase their original work.
It’s a chance to get comic creators together and shine a spotlight on the diverse stories in local comics, zines and graphic novels. The Calgary community turns up to explore, discover and buy from over 60 talented creators.

Location: Hillhurst Sunnyside Community Association | 1320 5th Avenue NW, Calgary, Alberta
Table fee: $60
What you need to know about tabling:
Register fast.
We have over 50 tables available at P1CAF. Tables are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we have reached our table limit, people will be able to register for our waitlist and will be notified if a table becomes available.
Register now and pay later.
The tables are $60 and payment is due before the festival, not at the time of registration. Payment instructions, deadlines and details are provided in your table confirmation email.
P1CAF features your original work.
The festival is a space for your original work in comics. If you own it, you can sell it. We don’t allow displaying or selling fan art of licensed properties unless you have worked on the property or have a private commission. You must have a comic for sale at your table – but you can also have buttons, stickers, zines, art prints and more.
The festival is also a no-AI zone.
Make your table your own.
Tables are 30 x 72 inches (6 feet long) and are yours to have fun with. Bring a fun tablecloth, displays and materials. Displays cannot exceed a height of 2 feet above the table surface (including standing banners or displays) to make sure the limited space does not feel congested and to provide all creators with equal opportunity to show and sell their work.
Tables are for Panel One members.
Only Panel One Members can table at the festival.
Not a member? No problem – you can register as a member and still submit your table registration on the same day! Membership is free and open to all Canadian/Canada-residing comic creators. Become a member today >>
