Panel One Comic Arts Festival
Explore local comics at the Panel One Comic Arts Festival
Are you ready to discover your next favourite comic?
The Panel One Comic Arts Festival is where you can step into a room packed with over 50 local Canadian comic creators who are bringing original stories to life. You can find comics, graphic novels, hand-crafted zines, prints and
stickers all in one place.
You’ll be supporting local talent directly. And the best part? You get to meet the creators behind the panels. You’re able to ask them about their work, journey and creative process.
Join us Saturday, May 29, 2027 at the Hillhurst Sunnyside Community Association!
It starts with Panel One – and so do you.
Panel One is an open, inclusive community. Our festival is place for comic creators at all stages; from beginners to
established professionals. There is no curation, no gatekeeping – just a love of original storytelling.
To table at the Panel One Comic Arts Festival, you need to be a Panel One community member. It’s completely free
and open to people who are creating (or looking to create) comics.
Join our community today to get first access to table in 2027.
