Join Sketch Sessions for Drawing with Negative Space. Our session lead, Aaron Navrady will walk you through examining the use of negative space as different ways of seeing the subject. In this session, you will learn to use negative space as a tool for proportion gesture and spatial awareness in drawing. We can better hone our drawing and painting skills by including negative space in our vision. 

In this skill-building session, you can work with whatever medium you feel most comfortable with, from charcoal to watercolours, and oils to digital tools. Our session lead will be there to help you.

This event is open to everyone, whether you are an experienced artist or just a beginner! We’re here to have fun and build skills in a collaborative and creative environment.
